Let's get the details right.

A guided notice document for straightforward works. The form helps prepare a draft. For checkout, the server validates your entries and stores a one-way fingerprint with Stripe. If secure recovery storage is enabled, your notice details are also retained by Cloudflare for up to 30 days to provide a private recovery link.

Describe the work.

Be specific. A notice should explain what work is proposed and when it is due to begin.

Description of proposed works *Do not use vague phrases such as “extension works”. Include what affects the relevant wall or boundary.

Date you intend to serve the notice *The notice is dated for your expected service date. If service occurs later, regenerate it and recheck the start date.

Proposed work start date *The minimum period will depend on the notice type. Written agreement may allow an earlier date, but this prototype does not handle early starts.

Starting dates are checked against the proposed service date, not the date notice is actually received. Your project may require more than one notice.
